3. 职位信息：
JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for processing bank payments in compliance with company policies and procedures in Sandvik China financial shared services centre in Beijing.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for payment preparation via e-banking system, ensure payments are matched with paper supporting on a batch basis
-Finalize the payment process by clicking "Paid off" in the PO system once the payments are proceeded in HSBC net
-Prepare monthly bank and cash reconciliation for the companies within responsibilities
-Properly coordinate financial documents filing in an organized manner
-Responsible for other banking related documents preparation or contacts
-Assist in annual income tax filing including preparation of tax return and supporting documents
-Assist manager for other tasks as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-College student in accounting and finance preferred
-Good communication skills, good command of English
-Computer skills, i.e. Excel and word
-Self-motivated, able to work under pressure
-Well organized, high sense of responsibilities, able to work under pressure

WORK LOCATION：
北京市朝阳区酒仙桥路10号恒通商务园B2座（提供班车）
