Job responsibilities:

• Research and monitor client's business and industry to maintain a current knowledge base
• Coordinate design and production of materials with internal service departments to create print and video products
• Support to implement events and promotions for the client
• Assist in client administration duties such as billing and activity reports
• Ability to generate ideas and think creatively
• Ability to work within assigned schedule
• 定期收集和研究行业及客户的市场信息
• 与设计及制作部门密切配合，根据项目需求设计和制作相关的物料；
• 协助执行客户的各项市场活动和推广
• 协助客户经理做好日常客户管理的各项工作，如项目费用和工作报告
• 思维活跃，有创造力；
• 能按项目进度按时完成指定工作

Job requirements:

• BA or BS degree or above, advertising, communication, marketing and other related professional market is preferred；
• Sound work experience in professional event management company, communications or related field is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and good listening skills，
• Fast learner & willingness to work under pressure
• Proficiency in computer software（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）

• 本科及以上学历，广告、传播、市场营销等相关专业毕业优先
• 有整合营销传播公司的工作经验，传播或相关行业优先
• 良好的沟通能力；
• 工作积极主动，能承受一定压力；
• 熟练操作电脑软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）
