职位介绍：
该项目是雅培全球范围内的一个培养优质员工的项目。全球生产运营管理培训生将被指派到雅培现有的生产运营组织机构中任职。公司为管理培训生提供四个为期六个月的轮岗机会，包括海外派驻机会。通过在职的培训，资深经理亲自带教及轮岗，全球生产运营管理培训生不仅将对雅培的业务而且对在整个医疗行业有一个全面的认知，并且为将来在雅培公司的长期职业发展奠定基础。
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
-Leading the ER investigation and close the CAPA on time.
-Provide detailed production non-conformity analysis and summary on the monthly basis.
-Support on project of Product Integrity and Extraneous Matter
prevention to driving the continuous improvement on Protect our Product.
-Implement the regular GMP and HACCP interna-assessment and set up corrective action plan and follow up
-Support on preparation for the interna-& externa-quality related audit.
-Support on projects regarding quality/efficiency improvement,
cost reduction & class A implementation.
-Support on performance tracking and analysis on the monthly basis including powder reconciliation,
powder loss and OEE, and establish improvement projects to improve product yield and OEE
-Drive improvement on line performance visualization for process including Wet, Dryer, Dry Blending & Packaging.
-Review the status of 5S & idea generation for Wet, Dryer and Dry Blending and provide the improvement
opportunity on the monthly basis.
-Responsible for Change Request initiation and follow up
-Other tasks assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENTS:
-Industry experiences:Science or engineering background. Dairy, pharmaceutica-or chemistry industry experience is proferred.
-Language Skills：Ora-and written proficiency in English
-Computer Skills:Familiar with MS Office.
-Mobility:Work location in Jia Xing, Zhe Jiang province
-Other Specia-requirement:
Lean or 6 Sigma knowledge.
Familiar with cGMP and HACCP.
Project managment skill
Problem solver and strong conflict managment skills.
职位要求：
全日制本科或以上学历, 研究生优先；
生物技术、药学，环境工程，电气工程，机械工程，高分子与材料工程，化学工程专业优先；
良好的沟通和语言表达能力；
具有团队合作及吃苦耐劳精神；
良好的学习能力及意愿；
大学英语6级。
