3. 职位信息：
JOB TITLE: Compliance
Intern
ROLE: The Compliance Intern will support Local Compliance Officers
(LCO) to assess, document and report ABC compliance issues in Greater China
Region, by implementing Global policies and processes, and assisting in the
continuous improvement of these processes; support the global program owners of
Trade compliance and export controls; support compliance training and creating
awareness of Compliance issues throughout the organization of Greater China
Region
KEY
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Assist LCOs to develop
and maintain local policies for Anti-Bribery, and Foreign Trade practices
where required.
- Assist LCOs to collect,
document and review 3rd party documentation for Compliance due
diligence, and issue classification and provide recommendations on solutions in
the designated areas in accordance with defined procedure.
- Assist LCOs to coordinate communications and conduct
training for general awareness and compliance processes and procedures.
- Assist LCOs to handle Whistleblowing communications
and anti-corruption investigations, as required.
- Special projects, analysis and other duties as
assigned.
QUALIFICATION &
EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant University degree in Law and/or
Finance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Financial analysis, ability to read and interpret
financial documents.
- Experience of excel
- Communication skills
- Ability to handle large amount of information and
data
- Strong written and verbal communications; fluent in
English.
- High integrity
