Program Overview
As part of the ExxonMobil 8-week summer intern program, students will gain a valuable insight into the workings of global energy and petrochemical business while developing on-job training experience by contributing to the success of the business entity. This unique combination will help the students to decide where their future career interests lie.
Students will be assigned to perform a specific project or duties in one of the following main business areas and make a valuable contribution to the team:
ExxonMobil (China) Investment Co., Ltd.
- Chemical Functions
- Sales or Marketing (Guangzhou)
- Manufacturing (Guangzhou Panyu area)
- Finance Functions
- Financial Analyst - (Shanghai)
ExxonMobil Chemical Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
- Chemical Functions
- Sales or Marketing (Shanghai)
ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Research and Development Co. Ltd.
- Chemical Functions
- Research or Application Development (Shanghai)
ExxonMobil (Tianjin) Petroleum Co., Ltd.
- Midstream Lubes Operations
- Operations Specialist (Tianjin)
During the program, students will have the opportunities to gain new experiences while working with their colleagues. With the support of their supervisors, feedback will be given during performance review in & after the completion of the summer intern program.
The Candidates We Are Looking For
Applicants who would like to apply for our summer intern program shall be in their penultimate year of undergraduate or postgraduate study.
Our target candidates shall possess excellent intellectual depth, team-work spirit, coupled with analytical and interpersonal skills.
Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin & English.
Terms and Conditions
We offer competitive monthly allowance & commercial insurance. Accommodation will NOT be covered.
