Consulting Analysts – Beijing
Fresh graduates or up to 2 years general experience
This is an entry consulting position. You will be immersed in front-end selling, client servicing and back-end production & project work.
Our professional services environment is fast-paced and results driven. You will carry out rigorous research and perform data analysis, conduct salary & benefits benchmarking studies and surveys, interact with clients and participate in selling and client presentations.
Requirements:
? Fluent in English
? Advanced Excel application skills is a must and VBA ability using complex formulas is a plus
? Master’s Degree is advantageous
? Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Computer Science/Information System, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or disciplines with strong mathematical/logical foundation from universities of academic excellence
? Fast, accurate, numerate, detail-minded and prepared to work long hours to complete work
We offer:
? Minimum starting salary: RMB$10,000 p.m. or more, subject to qualification and skills
? Intellectually stimulating work with intensive in-house training & overseas development
? Rapid career development and fast increment based on performance output & quality
