Function & Responsibilities
- Manage warranty claim & conduct daily in-house service repair operations on timely basis
- Plan and deliver assigned services to customers with high quality including corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance & installation
- Provide product application training to internal and external partners
- Support marketing events, including regional marketing events and national marketing events
- Support product registration team and follow the local testing
- Perform product software and hardware update timely
- Prepare & provide service report on an accurate and timely basis
- Identify and report potential quality problems
- Provide technical support during product registration process
- Manage daily IT support and troubleshooting
- Establish and keep a safe/normative/convenient/manageable IT environment
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor degree
- Major in electronics engineering/electro-mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering
Experience
- Technical service experiences in medical device industry and experience in ventilator is a plus
- Ability to work successfully under pressure and in a time constrained environment
Capabilities

- Skills in technical measurements of using standard tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope
- Self motivated, good communication skills, and a good team player
- Well organized, proactive, initiative, analytics, time management skills
- Good English in both speaking and writing
