We are currently
seeking an Office Assistant to a manager of our operating team here in
China. Responsibilities of this position includes but are not limited
to: secretary/administrative support for the team's
day-to-day filing, preparation for meetings , data entry, coordinating
internal events/meetings, translate ad-hoc documentations, and
assisting in other ad-hoc projects. The role will work closely with the
Recruitment Consultant team in China while reporting
directly to the senior administrator.
To be qualified for
this opportunity, you much have strong interpersonal and organizational
skills, a high level of integrity and discreetness, a "can-do" attitude,
awareness of cultural differences, and attention
to detail. You must be able to take initiative in completing given
tasks and be technologically-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Professional Business English & Chinese language skill is a MUST. Previous administrative working experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
