晶体生长数值模拟软件高级技术工程师(上海)
1. 为客户提供FEMAG软件售前技术演示、研讨会、技术讲座宣讲;
2. 为客户提供FEMAG软件项目咨询,并主导完成考题制作,撰写技术报告等;
3. 根据客户所在行业、专业、需求等特点制作FEMAG软件文档资料,并实施售后技术培训;
4. 协助开发部,参与FEMAG软件开发工作;
5. 整理翻译软件技术文档,并形成系统性材料。
岗位要求:
1. 材料科学、力学、化学工程、数学等相关专业硕士以上学历,博士优先;
2. 具有较强的CAD、CAE分析能力,熟练掌握有限元数值仿真技术;
3. 能够熟练使用Linux操作系统;
4. 熟悉FEMAG、CGSIM、Fluent软件等,优先考虑;
5. 熟悉材料科学晶体生长模拟与实验制备等,优先考虑;
6. 思维敏捷,口头、书面表达能力强,能够适应出差。
FEMAG软件简介:
比利时FEMAG软件是世界上第一款商业的晶体生长数值模拟软件,由国际著名流体力学与晶体生长模型化专家、鲁汶大学F. Dupret教授于20世纪80年代开发。FEMAG拥有国际上最先进、高效的提拉法、区熔法、坩埚下降法等晶体生长仿真技术,应用于IC、光伏太阳能、半导体、蓝宝石等领域,ONSEMI、Siltronic、Kute、Nexolon等国际顶尖高科技材料公司,均是FEMAG的用户。
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide localized technical support to potential customers, such as demonstrating FEMAG, lecturing on Workshop&Seminar;
2. Implement consultancy projects with clients and partners, such as performing numerical simulations, analyzing results, writing reports etc.
3. Write the FEMAG documentation according to the customers, and implement training;
4. Participate in FEMAG development work;
5. Translate, create and present FEMAG demonstrations by the numbers.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Master Degree or above in Materials, Chemical, Mechanics or Fluid as background;
2. With demonstrated knowledge of CAD/CAE commercial software. Knowledge and experience on numerical simulation modeling and/or Finite Element Method for industrial processes;
3. Basic knowledge on Linux OS application and administration is a plus;
4. Strong skill for FEMAG, CGSIM, or Fluent preferred;
5. Hand-on experience on crystal growth process, crystal growth hot zone design for semiconductor and/or solar industry will be a big plus.
6. Quick thinking, strong verbal and written expression ability. Frequent business travel is required for this position
FEMAG is a Belgian company which is the world-leader and first provider of dedicated commercial software for various crystal growth processes (including Czochralski, Floating Zone and Vertical Bridgman growth), developed by the professor F. Dupret at the university of leuven in 1980s, who is the famous experts in the field of fluid mechanics and crystal growth modeling. IC, semiconductor, sapphire and solar markets are concerned by this software, many International top high-tech materials company are FEMAG users, such as ONSEMI, Siltronic, Kute, Nexolon etc.
