Main Accountabilities:

1.   Develop product together with Design team in accordance with Group standards and in collaboration with Group R&T and Lead Engineering centers;

2.   Ensure product follow-up: modifications, regulations/certifications updates and continuous improvements during product lifetime;

3.   Internal specification reviews - Research and analysis of competitor/customer design proposals, specifications and characteristics to determine the feasibility of design concepts;

4.   Product cost optimization through design-to-cost analysis and contribution to complete project costs follow-up.

Requirements:

1.   University Degree (Bachelor or higher) in Mechanical Engineering;

2.   Years/type of experience: No requirement, Have experience in priority;

3.   Area-specific knowledge: Mechanical experience, pump experience in priority;

4.   Languages: English;

5.   CAD, Software : 3D CAD software, UG-NX in priority, MS-Office;

6.   Effective Communication and team work;

7.   Achievement/ Result Orientation;

8.   Making Change Happen;

9.   Analytical Thinking.
