The Product Consultant would be a technical person and need to perform the below duties..
Responsibilities:
· Creating HTML emails, hyper sites, and landing pages through Eloqua
· Attention to detail, deadlines, and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks, simultaneously
· Provides technical and analytical guidance to production teams
· Manages daily execution of production projects and ensures timely delivery with required quality and ensures effective monitoring and control, for readiness and execution
· Identify, analyze, communicate and solve problems related to projects, processes and staffing and ensure timely escalations/mitigations
· Ensure adherence to management processes, quality standards and project specifications; and foster a culture of quality and performance.
· End to end responsibility for Programming of new pages / micro-sites
· Unit testing
· Require sharp and analytical trouble shooting ability
Skills & Qualifications:
· Working experience in HTML, Java script and CSS is a must.
· Experience in either Database Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing.
· Exceptional Communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and as a team.
· Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of handling a high volume of work
· Proficiency with complex IT/software solutions is a plus.
· Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Technology)
· Positive attitude and out of the box thinking
· Experience with any of the following: Eloqua, Oracle/Siebel, , SalesLogix, Microsoft Dynamics, or Net Suite CRM is an asset.

· 端到端的页面/微型网站的编程能力

· 要求具有分析和解决问题的能力
技能和资格要求：
· 流利的英语使用能力
· HTML，Java的脚本和CSS的实践经验
· 有过数据库营销，市场运营，或电子邮件营销的行业经验。
· 卓越的沟通能力。
· 优秀的人际交往能力；具有独立工作及团队合作的能力
· 主动，注重细节，并能够并行处理多项任务
· 熟练掌握复杂的IT /软件解决方案者优先
· 有能力与跨职能团队合作（销售，市场营销，客户服务，技术）
· 积极的态度，多角度的思维
