Overview

The Sales Representative will have the sales responsibility forNIR (near infrared spectroscopy) product sales in pharmaceutical and chemistry territory. The primary role of the incumbent is to attain sales goals by developing sales, increasing product market share, developing relationships with customers, and maximizing customer satisfaction without sacrificing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Improve the sales volume volume and market share by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors in pharmaceutical and chemistry industry for NIR business.
• Provides short- and long-term sales forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Carries out and Quality control of the potential customer’s sample measurements and reports. Perform the demonstration and write the demo’s reports.
• Develop new applications; summarize the application notes and reports.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Carries out customer’s onsite training, Technical supports for customers through phone calls or emails.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
• Undertakes any other duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and above in Pharmaceutical, Chemistry , or petro chemistry related field.
• Experience in NIR applications.
• A positive team player, self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
