RADICA (SH Office) is now looking for "the One" to fit in our vacancy of Project Assistant (Internship, People Development, HR).
Position: Project Assistant (Internship, People Development, HR)
Working Schedule: 4-5 days/week
Internship Period: At least 3 months
Location of Work: Room 1502, Jia Du Plaza, Lane 719, West Yan An Road, Shanghai (Near Jiangsu Road subway station) 上海市延安西路719号佳都大厦1502室(近江苏路地铁站)

What's the mission?
Support People Development Department to:
1. Execute learning & development projects, e.g. RADICA University, RADICA Management Trainee Program;
2. Evaluate training effectiveness and fine-tune training program with colleagues together;
3. Prepare materials for relevant projects and documentation;
4. Construct the Book Corner, arrange books and magazines and update information.
5 Key Elements for "the One"
1. Proactive to learn, and learn through;
2. People-oriented with management sense, with team management experience in student organization is an added advantage;
3. Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills;
4. Strong English speaking & writing proficiency is a MUST, with min. CET6 or equivalent capability, BEC Higher or TEM8 would be cool;
5. Frequent user of Microsoft PPT, Excel, Word and Photoshop.
