Job Description
Post job ad on external job websites
Screen job applications based on the pre-agreed selection criteria
Conduct initial phone screening for shortlisted candidates
Arrange interviews and tests by coordinating with candidates, agencies and clients
Maintain application records and candidate pipeline
Help with the report preparation
Other ad hoc assignments
Requirements
Final year student at bachelor's or master's degree study (保研或研究生一年级,如已经研究生录取,请在简历中注明)
Ensure 5 working days per week at least 4 months, can start to work immediately per request(可以立即开始工作)
Prior internship experience in a HR role is preferred
Good verbal and written English communication skills
A ‘can do' attitude along with enthusiasm and energy
Hardworking and able to work efficiently on multitasks
