岗位职责
Apply appropriate knowledge in order to plan and prepare teaching materials for a total immersion program.
? Helping students improve their English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
? Introducing cultural aspects to students;
? Checking and assessing students' work and progress;
? Attending GLV functions and events; 

In addition, we are look for teachers who can:
1) Implement effective and inclusive teaching and learning processes to establish a challenging learning environment in which students are encouraged to work towards attainment of their English potential. 
2) Communicate effectively with students including the use of appropriate interpersonal skills, and the ability to plan and apply appropriate behavior management strategies that contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive and positive learning environment.

任职要求：

1. BA degree or above 
2. Excellent English skills both communicative and written 
3. Able to teach and organize activities in a total English environment for adults and youth
3. 2 years teaching English experience preferred
4. Overseas working or study experience preferred
5. TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or similar teaching English as a second language training certificate preferred
6. Confident, team spirit, loyal, good communication skills and additional skills/interests such as business would be useful.
7. Has great passion on English education and teaching, and make students learning with interest and fun in English !
