Management Trainee-Operation (Ordos)

管理培训生(鄂尔多斯运行岗位) 补充录取

Job Description

-Learn about daily production and process monitoring, perform trouble shooting, root cause analysis and PRA etc.;

-Simulate and optimize production mode;

-Ensure technician training plan, T&Q complete according to company requirement;

-Assist Operation Supervisor / Manager to implement HSE rules and daily operation team management.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor degree or master degree Graduate in 2015 or 2014 with major in Chemical Engineering and Process, Cryogenic and Refrigeration preferred;

-Initiative, dedicative, good learning ability and communication skill;

-Good command of English and PC Skills.

Work location: Ordos Dongsheng (MT will join job rotation for 1^st year and then will be based in Ordos)
