Job Description

1.     Establish the repair process b/w ALU Interunit and ASB RES, to ensure ALU interunit can send the defective boards to ASB RES successfully.

2.     Manage the customer repair delivery performance (OTS, TAT, Priority order arrangement) for the boards sent from ALU interunit to ASB RES, to meet the customer SLAs and satisfaction.

3.     Manage the customer escalations, like repair overdue, repair quality and logistic issues, with the support from RES relevant teams.

4.     Daily / Weekly / Monthly repair performance reporting and corrective actions follow up if required;

5.     Responsible for monthly collection of Interunit revenues of the business that ASB repair for ALU interunit.

Requirements

大专以上学历；

英文读写熟练，能用口语和海外用户交流；

有较强沟通能力和团队合作精神；

熟练MS office软件应用；

具有较强的学习能力。
