Position Description
Following the exceptional performance, ongoing growth and market dominance of Hays, we are looking for a talented and driven university student to join our Finance Department as an Intern. Your responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Responsible for accounts payable & accounts receivable function
- Responsible for preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
- Responsible for preparation of tax invoice
- Liaise with relevant consultants as and when required;
- Deal effectively and professionally with internal customers
Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate a passion for accounting / finance field. There will be a potential fulltime position available upon graduation.
- Students with Accounting or Finance major with excellent academic record
- Attention to details
- Technology savvy, esp. in MS Excel
- Strong command of English
- Able to work at least 3 days a week when school is in session for 6 months
