Job Description:
- Provide solid support recruitment, including but not limited to:
a) CV screening and interview arrangement.
b) Conduct brief telephone interview.
c) Reception of interview.
d) Fully responsible for intern positions recruitment.
- Support HRM to complete HR relevant projects.
- Responsible for HR routine work, including:
a) Maintain employee’s personnel files and e-version database.
b) Update training records, overseas records, business cards application records and etc.
c) Assist to prepare new employee on-board materials and complete the on-boarding process.
- Support to C&B function, including:
a) Check blue collar’s overtime records and attendance records.
b) Collect interns’ attendance records.
c) Double check employees’ benefits relevant documents.
- Documents delivery, scan, copy and other office routine.
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 days per week and could complete at least 4 months’ internship.
- Be familiar with Excel & Word.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- HR internship experience is preferred.
