Responsibility Hiring: 1) Post the job internally and externally, register for job fairs and nearby technical schools 2) Go to job fair or nearby technical school with HR to organize booth and collect resumes 3) Arrange interview schedules for HR and hiring managers and collect interview assessment form 4) Teach operator candidate on how to fill in the job application form. Scan the filled form for PES process and follow up till full completion 5) Assist with the offering process 6) Arrange and follow up pre-employment medical check process 7) Inform and collect all on-boarding mandatory documentations, labor manual, exit certification, banking info, etc

Training: 1. New employee orientation support 2. Internal and external training: · Assist with training schedule, venue, notice and attendance registration · Collect training records, training assessment form and input into database 3. Assist with training process compliance and preparation for internal frequent quality system audit. 4. Assist with cross-skill training matrix and effectiveness review in shop floor, which is a new project btw HR and Operation Other job assigned by HR Leader
Requirement · University degree, CET-6 is preferred. Major in English, IT, or Human Resource management. · Familiar with office software in Excel, PowerPoint, Word · Good coordination ability and cross functional working ability / experience · Careful, patient and hardworking spirit
