Job Description:
采购助理
1 Work as interface to external Travel Management Company(TMC) to manage accounting data. Upload received accounting data to E-workplace system, and reply to TMC accounting or ASB department interface about the data checking result.
2 Assist employee check ticket status.
3 Assist Finance accounting team and CIO system administrator to maintain the travel application detail data including flight ticket No., cost center, etc.
Qualifications:
1 Accountable and good team work player
2 Bachelor degree or above
3 Good command of Microsoft skills
4 Accounting major is preferred
