Role Summary
The candidate will have a rewarding experience to gain knowledge in the fundamentals of Human Resources. He / She will develop knowledge in the business and how it affects resource management. Moreover, he/she will be able to navigate through a major organization, which in turn reinforces his / her communication and other essential competencies.
Responsibilities
- Effective administrative support and assistant for all the activities of staffing, data managementand training
- Effective maintenance of the employee database and overtime & attendance
- Be responsible to provide HR report regularly for analysis
- Assist to Internal HR programs coordination and implementation
- Other general HR services assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Positive attitude, responsible, detailed-oriented
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- PC proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel
- Able to work for 3 days/week, long-term internship is preferred
