二、招聘信息：

语言类岗位：

Translator (English to Chinese) 英语笔译（英译汉）

Location: Jinan, Shandong

Required: 2

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the translation/edit/proof/verification of text to project specifications

Provides assistance to vendors as language or translation lead on projects, and quality assurance of software/documentation/help components

May work with more senior linguistic staff on the creation, maintenance, update and review of linguistic software databases and algorithms of low/moderate complexity

Education and/or Experience: 

BS/MS in English,  Linguistics, Translation or related field

TEM-8 Certification is preferred

CATTI II Certification is preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

Strong written and oral language skills in English and Chinese

Knowledge and experience in translating, editing and proofreading

Experienced user of standard software, such as Windows and Office applications

With IT, Chemistry, Materials, Machinery, Medicine, Electronics, Communication, Automation or related background is preferred

Associate Project Manager初级项目经理

Location: Jinan, Shandong

Responsibilities:

Project analysis, quotation preparation, budget and project planning, project process planning

Prepare the production documents

Track the project schedule, coordinate internal and external resources, manage TM and vocabulary, and solve problems in production

Actively communicate with the client, try our best to meet client demand, timely report project status to the client

Prepare task statement, communicate with project team members and partners, and resolve questions from the project team

Track and control the project cost, adjust the budget and do the financial settlement timely

Submit the satisfaction production to client

Summarize the experiences of project and fill the finished project

Education and/or Experience: 

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Business or related field or equivalent work experience  

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

Strong written and oral language skills in English

Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, email and Internet communications

Solid experience in writing project documents in a clear and concise manner (project plan, schedule, post-project report)

Global Language Coordinator多语言协调员

Location: Jinan, Shandong

Responsibilities:

Manage and facilitate the translation phase of multilingual localization projects

Co-ordinate, support and coach the designated language teams by providing direction, expertise, and hands-on help

Co-ordinate with the client, Project Management Team and/or other resources on major language quality issues

Acts as the designated Language Consultant / Contact for the client and work in partnership with the Project Management Team

Manage and centralize customer and internal language assets (style guides, glossaries, TMs etc.).

Responsible for the overall language quality on each project

Assist in the design, review and sign-off of language quality processes and initiatives.

Ensure all Quality processes/standards are consistent across all languages

Ensure all language work is planned, scheduled, and carried out correctly

Contribute and sign-off on Project plans

Ensure all communications are customer focused and of the highest quality

Ensure all Company policies are adhered to at all times

Assist PMs and Management with any vendor or language team performance issues

Provide reports/feedback to Senior Language Coordinator and Management on Language Quality issues

Education and/or Experience: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Languages/Translation,  or equivalent experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

Able to communicate in English, in a clear and simple manner in both spoken and written form

Written and verbal skills in another foreign language in addition to English (Korean, Japanese, German etc.) are a plus

Have some basic knowledge of different language conventions and/or translation skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office (like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email and Internet communications

Have some basic ideas of the localization knowledge and process in a multilingual environment, cultural awareness, language processes, domain/project-specific knowledge, including CAT/QA/QC tools, commonly used productivity tools/language management systems

Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under tight deadlines and in stressful situations

Language Engineer 语言工程师

Location: Jinan, Shandong

Responsibilities:

Check the formatted language files before the final delivery according to project specifications, to assure the quality of final delivery

Do the necessary modifications according to the clients' feedback, and confirm with translators/editors when needed

Perform linguist testing based on the project specifications, to ensure the delivered UI files with proper contents, in consistent with the context and local cultural practices

Education and/or Experience: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Languages/Translation,  or equivalent experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

Hold the bachelor’s degree or above; experience in translation/localization is preferred

Be skilled in Chinese/English listening, speaking, reading and writing

Be willing to engage in localization industry, with qualified professionalism and passionate customer service awareness, as well as learning and pressure bearing ability, willing to do some dull work

Have good expression ability and communication skills

Be familiar with computer and network working environment, being an experienced user of various office software

技术类岗位：

Localization Engineer 本地化工程师

岗位职责：

对本地化流程提供工程技术支持

运用本地化工具对文件进行进行分析、处理

通过工具和流程对软件UI进行本地化并且修复界面功能bug

通过工具和流程对文档进行本地化、编译、测试

通过工具和流程对图像、视频进行本地化处理和发布

任职资格:

计算机及其相关专业本科以上学历

熟悉通用的操作系统，Windows/MAC

熟练使用Office 软件 Word/Excel/PowerPoint

了解并熟悉XML/HTML/JS 等文件的语法及框架结构

了解并能熟用一到两种编程语言

至少通过大学英语四级

高度责任心，细心认真；有良好的合作态度，团队精神；愿意承受较强的工作压力，勇于接受挑战

DTP Engineer 桌面排版工程师

岗位职责：

在Windows和/或Mac平台上完成多语言桌面排版工作

使用InDesign、FrameMaker、Microsoft Office以及MAC 平台上的pages、key、ibook等软件进行排版 

使用Photoshop、Illustrator、Visio等软件进行图形图像处理

其他与排版相关的工作

任职资格:

印刷、网页设计、广告、计算机等相关专业，大学本科以上学历

良好的计算机操作技巧，熟练使用常见本地化排版工具，InDesign, word, Illustrator, Framemaker, Photoshop 等2 种以上文档排版工具, 能熟练操作苹果系统更佳

良好的英文阅读理解能力，能用英文进行书面交流

工作态度严谨，注重细节，学习能力强，具有较强的独立解决问题的能力

本地化测试工程师

岗位职责：

负责产品的本地化测试

编写测试用例

执行软件测试用例并定位问题
