岗位要求:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Product Manager of Research is responsible for the identifying new product-lines as contribution to company in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) business unit. The position is responsible for driving market research, understanding customer needs, and finding innovative solutions for the broader market.

The Product Manager of Research interfaces with R&D, manufacturing, and products quality, to define product requirements, and works with marketing / communications to develop downstream go-to-market and product positioning strategies. Working with sales and key customers, he or she is also the internal and external advocate for the products

 

TOP 3 PRIORITIES

  • Design,      build, and implement a tactical plan for the above mentioned duties.
  • Create      support tools for the sales people
  • Determine      how to resolve complex customer demands/issues and develop an issue-resolution      process

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in life science, chemistry or biology discipline.

A minimum 1 year experience in IVD sector is required; experience in next-generation/high-tech IVD preferred.

Proven ability to conduct market research and problem solving as well as deep knowledge of the IVD R&D space is required.

Ability to understand technology and articulate strong customer value/benefit propositions is critical

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and attention to details are required.
