职位介绍：
1. Design Engineer
Summary:
The person will be responsible of designing chain drives and VCT systems following the BorgWarner Design Guides. In this position, the person will be responsible of doing 3D modelling and 2D drawings.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for product designing and technical changes.
- Responsible for of 3D module, assembly drawings, part drawings, outsourced part drawings in coordination with the Application Engineer.
- Responsible for updating products design and drawings according to external and internal change.
Requirement:
- Master Degree in Mechanics
- Familiar with automotive system, instruction applications, mechanics basics, ProEngineer (3D &2D).
- Understand product development process, product family concept and parametric design.
- ProEngineer, Unigraphics NX.
- English: Intermediate
2. Product Engineer-VCT：
Summary:
The person will be responsible for generating new VCT (Variable Camshaft Timing) applications for new business extending following the BorgWarner Design Guides. In this position, the person will still be responsible for VCT quality/manufacturing support.
Responsibility:
- Establish product specifications with internal team and customer
- Generate program time line based on customer requirements and timing
- Establish system design and packaging layouts with design engineer
- Generate and maintain bill of material
- Component design and design change responsibility
- Interface between customer and controls/solenoid engineering personnel
- Create DFMEA's
- Create DVP&R's, and responsible for testing as required to support DVP&R and product development issues
- Create and maintain open issues log, and review with local and global team
- Conduct ESO's (Engineering Sign Off) as required
- Perform tolerance stack ups for system components
- Oversight of FEA/CFD analysis
- Review, analyze, and report generation of returned hardware
- Propose and analyze cost reduction opportunities
- Support to resolution of quality and/or manufacturing issues, internal and external
- Maintain lessons learned log and experience catalog
- Participate on product launch team
Requirement：
- Master Degree in Mechanics
- Familiar with automotive system, instruction applications, mechanics basics
- Understand product development process, product family concept and parametric design.
- Good spoken, written and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Microsoft Office like Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook.
- Fluent English
