Position: Marketing Assistant in Shen Yang– German Native Speaker Internship

Company introduction:

The Euro Sino Invest Group, developing Noble Mansion, is led by Tucher family, which as one of the oldest German noble families, has acquired over 500 years of real estate experience and furthermore posses a distinctive investor base.

Euro Sino Invest Group (ESI) is a well experienced Developer and Asset Manager with German roots in China. ESI with its headquarters of Asia in Beijing specializes in developments in the Chinese real estate sector and in particular in 1st and 2nd tier cities. In the project development starting from residential properties to commercial and industrial buildings ESI is involved in the entire value chain, such as land purchase, construction and sale of the residential, commercial and industrial units as well as the property management. Being one of the first sustainable urbanization developers in China, ESI knows about the great responsibility and intends to build modern, environmental- friendly, green parks including different types of usage on basis on their extensive experience. If required ESI cooperates with MuP Group, one of the leading German engineering companies in the areas of environment, construction and infrastructure. MuP Group, with its many years of experience in the Chinese market at its disposition, is a company of the Thomas von Tucher family.

Main Responsibilities:

l  Internet research for marketing related project

l  Translating documents for marketing related project

l  Carrying out verbal translations on client’s side

l  As a contact person between European HQ and Chinese company;

l  Supporting project manager’s work compiling market reports, administrative work etc. Support the projects managers daily work

l  Website update, assist preparing company related marketing materials (PPT, Videos)

Key Requirements:

l  German native speaker

l  Bachelor studies (English or Chinese) or higher education

l  Good English communication skills both in writing and verbal

l  Proficient in computer knowledge, e.g.MS-Office(Word, Excel, Power-Point)

l  Willing to travel
