A Brief Introduction of Tetra Pak

Since 1979 when it first came to China, Tetra Pak has always been following a business philosophy of “growing with Chinese customers”. Committed to “making food safe and available, everywhere”, it continuously introduces its state-of-the-art technologies and equipment and comprehensive value-added services into China, playing a significant role in the development of China’s liquid food industry.

Tetra Pak has 32 market companies around the globe, and operates 37 production plants for packaging materials and 5 factories for machine assembly. It has 23,460 employees and achieved in 2014 net sales of EUR 10.9 billion. Tetra Pak products are sold in more than 175 countries and regions. In 2014, the company delivered 179.8 billion packages for 78.2 billion liters of liquid food products to consumers in the world.

The company’s tenet, A Package Should Save More Than It Costs, was set by the founder of Tetra Pak, Dr. Ruben Rausing, at the very beginning of the company in an effort to keep the consumption of raw materials and energy during the manufacturing and distribution phases to the lowest level. Tetra Pak persistently follows a “4R” principle in its operations and environment initiatives – Renewing, Reducing, Recycling, andResponsibly, minimizing its impacts to the environment. It has developed environmental performance indicators (EPI) to monitor and set improvement targets for performance in key areas.

In Greater China, Tetra Pak has been an active participant in the fast growing dairy and beverage industry. In order to be a strong supporter to Chinese customers, Tetra Pak has invested a total of RMB 3.765 billion in China to reinforce its local manufacturing and technical capabilities. Today, Tetra Pak employs more than 2,300 people in GreaterChina, operating 10 offices in major cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. It has five world-class converting plants in Beijing, Kunshan, Foshan, Hohhot and Taiwan. 将接受利乐工厂生产制造以及WCM-World Class Manufacturing专业培训和领导能力培养, 经过3 - 5年培养成为工厂及供应链运营的关键岗位管理人才. 在3年中，我们将提供:

1.生产制造关键岗位轮岗

2.公司高级管理层的定期教练,互动

3.WCM – World Class Manufacturing运营管理体系训练

4.利乐培训生全面培训计划

要求：

1.学士或硕士学位，机械、电气、自动化、过程控制、印刷工程、塑料加工、印刷工艺、仪器仪表、材料工程、材料成型与控制、工业工程、包装工程、热能与动力工程、给排水工程、运输工程、化学等理工科类专业。

2. 良好的英语阅读，口头交流及书写能力

3.较强的沟通能力和解决问题的能力

Manufacturing Trainee Program (Location: Hohhot, Beijing)

Through robust training and practicing within Tetra Pak manufacturing and WCM(World Class Manufacturing) system as well as excel learning and development on leadership, this project targets to develop future management talent of key positions in SCO function after 3-5 years development program. In 3 years trainee program, we will offer:

1. Job rotation in key production processes;

2. Regular coaching and interaction with senior leadership team;

3. Systematic training of WCM (world class manufacturing)

4. Training plan of Tetra Pak Trainee Program

Requirements：

1. Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Auto control, Process Control, Printing Engineering, Plastics process, Printing process, Instrument and Apparatus, Materials Engineering, Material Forming and Control, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Water supply and Drainage Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Chemistry and related majors
