职位描述	RESPONSIBILITIES The challenging assignments vary depending on project placement, but typically include: • Analyzing financial and operating information related to corporations and industries. • Creating statistical exhibits that analyze comparative financial performance. • Developing presentation materials. • Participating actively in the execution of equity and debt related transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions. • Help clients raise capital through the issue of debt securities, advising on optimum financing structures, obtaining credit ratings and placing public debt. Analysts will be responsible for project analysis, due diligence, contract drafting, and project implementation. REQUIREMENTS • University or MBA student in penultimate year of study with outstanding academic records. Applicants should be graduated by June 2017. • Financial or business related major is preferred but not a must. • Fluent in Mandarin and English. • Team player with strong sense of responsibility and work ethic. • Strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Good quantitative skills and excel skills.
