Researcher – Intern

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP) is a China centric recruitment solutions firm with a global reach through offices in Greater China and network offices in 40 other countries around the world.  We provides multi-national clients entering or expanding operations in China and Chinese companies going outbound with a range of talent acquisition and talent management solutions.  These services include traditional C-level to mid-level executive search, market entry/ outbound investment consultancy and organizational design solutions through their industry specialized Partners and Consultants.

 

Currently we have offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Guangzhou, and US; and cover different industries like Industrial, Chemical, FMCG, Banking, IT, HR, etc.  With the expansion in Southern China area, we are now looking for a Researcher Intern to join us, with the following responsibilities and requirements:

 

Responsibilities:

-Assist to analyze JD and conduct market research per different industries and functions.

-Sourcing candidates from various channels like cold-calls, database, internet search, etc.

-Communicate with candidates via either telephone or face to face meeting to screen and make comments.

-profile candidate’s reports

-Arrange interviews and follow up with interview details.

-Attend Interviews with her/his consultants if necessary

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above;

- Interested in headhunting / executive recruiting industry, and eager to lean and develop

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill

- Outstanding English speaking & writing

- Good service sense, positive and diligent, able to work under pressure;

- Teamwork spirit, ambitious, Inquisitive, passionate about people.
