Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of Senior Consultant is to have a direct and positive impact our client’s business success. You will do this by understanding our client’s underlying business issues/challenges and working in partnership with other consultants and with clients to develop and implement solutions to address these issues, drawing on the full range of our IP and expertise.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead research, analysis, and interpretation across multiple industries and functions, including client performance and the client competitor performance to understand clients and their business.
Lead proposal writing, shaping of opportunities, pitch preparation, opportunity spotting for small-medium sized opportunities/clients to win clients’ trust.
Facilitate project teams by defining the project scope and objectives. Establish a project management structure for each engagement that includes key milestones, deliverables, accountabilities, resources, and activities. Ensure constant focus on outcomes by advancing the team’s success and capabilities through sophisticated relationship management, influence, coaching, problem solving, and diplomacy skills.
Ensure client deliverables meet or exceed client expectations through work quality and timeliness
Provide guidance/oversight to junior level consultants to ensure efficient delivery
Job Opening 2: Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Initiate, establish, develop, and grow relationships with targeted companies/contacts to understand client needs and promote and sell a defined set of services/tools.
Research the market/industry, understand the market/industry status, trends to discover potential opportunities and generate business development strategy and market plan.
Partner with internal teams to support pre-sale activities, marketing events to promote Hay Group services and brand and to establish new approaches and ensure continually strong pipeline. Maintain and enhance relationship with clients and dig deeper on their needs to realize cross selling of total solutions.
Nurture the clients into long term trusted relationship and ensure a proper and smooth transition of clients to account manager.

Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager is responsible to grow business with new clients in the domain of pay (salary reviews, total compensation statements, etc.), talent (talent review, hi-potential detection, leadership development, etc.) and effectiveness (employee engagement and enablement).
As a Business Development Manager you will gain knowledge of all products and services available in these categories and be able to identify opportunities and provide total solutions to clients through the strong commercial and business development skills you possess.

Qualification:
Master or Bachelor degree from top university, at least 4 years relevant experience.
Demonstrates solid know how of the business context, economics, trends and dynamics of organizations.
Ability to think conceptually; think ‘outside the box’, identify connections and leverage them to develop solutions.
Demonstrates strong empathy i.e. can read people and their underlying needs and concerns and demonstrates a genuine interest in and sensitivity towards people.
Demonstrated ability to hold high impact conversations and able to tell stories to connect with clients and team members.
Job Opening 2: Business Development Manager
Qualifications:
University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
Strong client empathy and service oriented; able to have dialogue with mid to senior levels and address their challenges and needs.
Excellent networking, communication and market understanding.
Self-motivated and result-oriented; enjoy and able to work in a flexible and open working environment.
Curious in understanding people and organizations, and passionate about learning Hay Group IP products/tools to develop into an all-rounded HR expert and act as trust advisor to clients.
