Marketing Executive Intern  市场助理实习生

 

Job Description:

1. Understand the target end market trend and requirements by collecting market & industry information, providing market survey & data analysis

了解目标终端市场的趋势和要求，通过收集市场和行业信息，为企业提供市场调研及数据分析

2. Acquire market information from related industrial stakeholders via direct client liaison;

通过与客户的直接联系从相关行业的合作伙伴采集市场信息；

3. As a member of marketing team, work closely with product line, sales, develop and execute end market strategy to drive growth based on the product features and market needs; Summarize market trend and factors affecting product and services demand, provide information to help department determine the position of marketplace;

产品开发团队和销售团队紧密合作，开拓和实现高端市场战略，根据产品的特点和市场需求提高市场占有率; 总结市场发展趋势及产品和服务在市场的需求因素，为部门提供信息并定位市场;

4. Prepare marketing tools and make various marketing materials including brochure, video, flyer etc;

利用营销手段和工具，包括宣传册，视频，传单等

5. Plan and execute marketing promotion campaigns;

计划和执行市场推广活动;

6. Gather data on competitors and analyze their method of marketing and distribution;

收集竞争对手的数据和分析他们的营销和分销的方法;

7. Communicate and assess qualification of potential customers align with company marketing plan and strategy;

8. Work closely with product line in BU and local sales team to develop and execute promotion program;

9. Plan and execute web marketing via various social media and web platform;

10.Assist in other marketing related job.

11. Additionally, responsible for teaching and giving Chinese language lessons to German CEO, dubbing and recording for language tutorial materials, organizing the teaching lesson plan.

负责RIB德国人CEO的的一对一的对外汉语中文教学工作,实施对外汉语授课计划、授课内容课程编排、保证对外汉语中文教学质量

 

Requirements:

1.    Undergraduate, bachelor degree in major of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language are preferred;

本科学历，大四在读生，对外汉语相关专业优先考虑;

2.    Open-minded with both international view and the sense of local market differentiations;具有国际化视野和对当地市场的差异理解的开阔思维;

3.    Effective communicating in both written and oral English as appropriate for the needs of the audience;

良好的沟通书面和口头英语能力;

4.    Communicate as an active listener, give full attention to what customer saying, understand the points being made, and raise questions as appropriate;

与客户积极沟通，充分了解顾客需求，理解所提出的观点，并提出适当的疑问;

5.    Acute observation of market and strong sense of analytical thinking;

优秀的准确性市场观察能力和分析性思维能力;

6.    Good teamwork skill, flexible and able to adjust actions according to team planning;

良好的团队合作精神，适应灵活的工作，能够根据团队的规划调整行动;

7.    Good user and communication skills of English and Chinese language; Out-going and well patient;

擅长人际对外汉语沟通，对外汉语翻译;性格开朗，工作耐心;

8.    Oversea studing or working in Teaching Chinese Lingual as a Foreign Language or interpreting experience are preferred.

 有留学或海外对外汉语教师教学或中文口译相关实习、工作经验者优先考虑。

9. Excellent skills in MS Office. 熟练使用word, Excel等办公软件，精通PPT制作优先
