MBA Program is targeting at developing the future leaders for RB. It's a 2-years program. In the program, we'll identify a junior to middle level position based on the individual's background and past experience. The individual will focus on his/her area and we'll assign a senior leader of the company as his/her mentor. Management Trainee Program Overview
管理培训生项目简介
Management Trainee (MT) Program is targeting at developing the future leaders for RB. It's a 2-years program. In the program, the management trainees will rotate across different functions. There are more than 200 graduates joining our MT Program all over the world. Each program is designed based on the local business needs. No matter from which country you join the program, you will be assigned real job and take real responsibilities from Day 1.
After graduation from the MT Program, usually you will have sufficient time to work in your own country and build up the foundation for your career. If your performance exceeds the talent standard of RB, we’ll provide you the opportunity to work in other countries. The international assignment will take 2-3 years. And then you will be ready for another assignment in a 3rd country. The length and location of the assignment will depend on the position vacancy in each country and your career development preference
管理培训生项目旨在培养未来的领导人才。该项目为期两年,被公司录用的管理培训生将在不同职能部门轮岗, 并由公司高管作为导师予以指导,进行强化培养。每年有超过200名毕业生在全球各地加入我们的发展项目。每个培训生项目都基于当地的需求而创立。无论您在哪个国家加入这个项目,都会从第一天起感受真实的工作并承担真实的责任。

In the Supply MT Program, you will start from the basics to understand how to operate a world class manufacturing site. You will land on one of the manufacturing sites of RB China including Jingzhou, Qingdao and Dongguan, and rotate across some functions such as Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics and Customer Service. All the experience will provide you insight into the operation. Global Management Trainee
全球职能管培生
Global Function refers to the core supporting functions of the company, including Finance, Human Resources, Information Service and R&D. The management trainees in this program will rotate shortly in sales fields and manufacturing sites to get some sense of the business. Then they will join their own functions and take 2 assignments consequently in different sub-functions. With excellent performance, you may become the leader of your function in the future.
全球职能包括公司核心支持部门,如财务、人力资源、信息服务及研发等。该类管培生将在销售与工厂分别短期轮岗以接触和了解业务,随后进入本职能部门,轮换承担两个子职能的工作。如果您表现出色,未来有可能成为相应职能部门的领导者。

Master degree from top universities with strong grade

Our Camp Program aims for developing reliable employees and management team and for them to become important contributor. With 3 years of program, hired camp candidates will be trained, developed and mentored by senior members of management team under certain functions (see in the chart)
训练营项目旨在培养可靠的员工和管理者,成为公司发展的稳定基石。该项目为期三年,被公司录用的训练营成员将在本职能部门内部扩展工作范围(样例如下图),接受定期技能培训,并由管理层作为导师予以指导,促进个人不断成长。

Sales Camp
销售训练营
Starting from direct sales force, you will be trained on sales skills in different areas. You will become senior sales representative once the 3 year program has been completed. You will be aiming a role such as City Manager, Area Manager and Zone Manager. Or alternatively you can take a role in Sales Promotion, Key Account manager and E-Commerce.
从直销人员起步,在不同地区接受真实的销售工作锻炼,项目完成时成长为资深销售代表。未来可成长为销售领域的城市经理、区域经理、大区经理等角色,或转入销售职能下的促销、大客户关系、电子商务等子职能。
Supply Camp
制造训练营
Starting from Engineering, R&D or Manufacturing operators, you will be obtaining and developing operational skills. Further you will be expanding your skills and responsibilities in other area of expertise. After the completion of the program, we hope you will be entering professional level employees or managing a sizable team. Furthermore, we would like to you see stepping into a role of engineering manager, R&D manager, production manager or converting into Supply Service team in North Asia Head Quarter.
从工厂的工程部门、研发部门或生产车间的一线工程师和操作员起步,熟练掌握本职工作,实现技能和级别的提升,再扩展到本职能的其它工作领域,项目完成时成长为资深专业人士或小团队管理者。未来可成长为工厂的工程经理、研发经理或生产经理等角色,或转入总部供应服务职能。
