1.      招聘岗位：PCB Designer

岗位要求：

理工科应届生

岗位职责：

· 使用PADS设置PCB制图规范

· 检查工程师制图的准确性以及合理

· 生成PCB文件及版本号

· 制作工程生产所需文件，用PADS layout生成PC,SS,ASSY,MFG。

· 维护已有元器件库，对新器件建库

· 对小批量PCB下单，采购 和跟踪订单。

· 使用AutoCAD制作特殊形状的layout并导入Pads

· 根据产品单板大小制作拼板图。

· 配合产品开发部门，质量部门和外协工厂监控PCB 品质。

· 审核并追踪ECO执行，协助文档管理员维护产品文档的完善性和准确性。

· 根据PCB供应商技术更新，对设计工程师提供技术支撑。

 

2. 招聘岗位：电子技术研发工程师

Responsibilities:

DC/DC Converter design for telecom power applications.

Work with customers to help define/change technical requirements and specifications.

Trouble shooting in product development stage.

Analyze design tradeoffs with references to product cost.

Oversee qualification testing and analysis of results.

Generate relevant documentation to support design, manufacture and marketing products.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering.

3 years of professional work experience in power design required.

Must have the Knowledge of existing topologies, current components, control theory, loop compensation, magnetic design, EMI/RFI and PCB layout.

Proficient using simulation tools, spreadsheets, calculation tool.

Must be capable of schematic creating and PCB layouts.

Good written and verbal communication & problem solving skills.

Ability to work efficiently as an engineer

 

3.招聘岗位：测试工程师

职位描述:

1. 电力电子技术、自动化、电气等相关专业大专以上学历，2年以上开关电源测试经验；

2. 熟练掌握电力电子电路，熟悉电源常用器件，熟悉电源类产品可靠性和安规标准；

3. 熟悉开关电源性能指标，了解开关电源工作原理和测试方法，熟悉电源测试仪器的使用，能独立构建电源测试环境。

4. 有较强的沟通能力，团队精神，敬业度高。

5. 主要负责开关电源的电气性能和可靠性测试。

 

4.招聘岗位：Sustaining Engineer(产品维护工程师）

Responsibilities:

1.新产品导入，批量生产产品维护工作  2分析调查产品未通过原因，并协调相关部门解决3产品技术问题的改善和改进 4。工厂发生的技术问题的改进和解决

2       Work with CM to launch new products and sustain product performance and yield though the life of product built at CM.

3       Coordinate and solve assigned technical product, component problems affecting efficient manufacture of products within a specific area of responsibility.

4       Implement technical changes or enhancements to existing products or components to fulfill manufacturing and/or customer requirements to enable continuous improvement initiatives,

5       Provide first level technical support to manufacturing for immediate problem resolution and work with development to implement DFM and DFT lessons learnt from CM

6       Direct technical support to external customer requests/needs

7       Responsible of the solution of second source, component & product ELO and cost reductions for released products.

 

Education / Experience:

1       Graduate in Electronics/Electrical engineering with 0 to 3 years of experience in product development and Failure trouble shooting experience;

2       Good written and verbal communication & problem solving skills;

3       The candidate must be flexible, pro-active and willing to learn and contribute to meeting team objectives.
