Responsibilities:
DC/DC Converter design for telecom power applications.
Work with customers to help define/change technical requirements and specifications.
Trouble shooting in product development stage.
Analyze design tradeoffs with references to product cost.
Oversee qualification testing and analysis of results.
Generate relevant documentation to support design, manufacture and marketing products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''''s degree or above in Electrical Engineering.
3 years of professional work experience in power design required.
Must have the Knowledge of existing topologies, current components, control theory, loop compensation, magnetic design, EMI/RFI and PCB layout.
Proficient using simulation tools, spreadsheets, calculation tool.
Must be capable of schematic creating and PCB layouts.
Good written and verbal communication & problem solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently as an engineer

Sustaining Engineer(产品维护工程师）
Responsibilities:
1.新产品导入，批量生产产品维护工作 2分析调查产品未通过原因，并协调相关部门解决3产品技术问题的改善和改进 4。工厂发生的技术问题的改进和解决
？ Work with CM to launch new products and sustain product performance and yield though the life of product built at CM.
？ Coordinate and solve assigned technical product, component problems affecting efficient manufacture of products within a specific area of responsibility.
？ Implement technical changes or enhancements to existing products or components to fulfill manufacturing and/or customer requirements to enable continuous improvement initiatives,
？ Provide first level technical support to manufacturing for immediate problem resolution and work with development to implement DFM and DFT lessons learnt from CM
？ Direct technical support to external customer requests/needs
？ Responsible of the solution of second source, component & product ELO and cost reductions for released products.
Education / Experience:
？ Graduate in Electronics/Electrical engineering with 0 to 3 years of experience in product development and Failure trouble shooting experience;
？ Good written and verbal communication & problem solving skills;
