Main Tasks (主要工作职责) 

1, Objectives of the Job 

To perform day-to-day activities, assist Operation Support Manager to handle activities associated Operational control within Hardware Service Delivery Global service Center in both GZ site and KL site timely and accurately.

2, Month end-Closing 

- Ensure goods received have been booked into SAP with correct quantity and amount timely according to M5 system and other supporting document. 

- Prepare inventory reports and ensure that any discrepancy can be founded and explained with valid reason on monthly basic. 

- Calculate the Goods Issue and Cost Variance on monthly basic 
- Prepare Month end billing timely and correctly including invoice creation 

3, Payment checking 
- Check payment document and ensure that the payment is properly supported with sufficient documentation and proper approval. 
- Prepare and release payment request timely and correctly. 
- Monitor and submit outstanding payment status report weekly ensure that any discrepancy can be found and solved timely. 
- Review GR/IR cleaning closely and ensure that no open item longer than 60 days unless with valid reasons 

- Follow up overdue payment case by case for all suppliers. 

4, Reporting 

- Prepare billing report monthly, including outstanding RCO, selling report to VDM for follow up. 
- Prepare RNEA cost report timely and correctly. 



Competence Requirements (应聘人员要求) 
- Ability to work independently 
- Initiate to improve the quality of work and strong responsibility 

- Good English in written and reading is a must 

- Team-work spirit and self-motivated ability 

- Excellent PC operating skill such as excel, word etc. is preferred 

- Education of university or above, finance related knowledge is preferred
