- 无线网络规划和优化工程师负责提供跟GSM/WCDMA/LTE无线网络相关的技术服务，保证服务的实施和达到客户满意。典型的技术服务包括无线网络设计规划，性能优化，技术解决方案咨询，网络性能基准测试，网络性能分析及问题排查，售前技术支持以及新技术、产品的现场试应用等。

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduation with bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications / Computer Science or equivalent.
- 通信/计算机相关专业，学士学位。
- Fluent English/Chinese speaking and excellent English/Chinese writing
- 良好的英语读写能力，口语流利。能够以英语作为工作语言。
- Well organized , good logic, and strong communication skill

1 Position
RAN Integration Engineer
无线接入网系统集成工程师
2 Responsibilities
· Perform integration, network rollout and software upgrade activities of RAN nodes.
· 3G/4G无线接入网基站和控制器的系统集成, 升级和大规模部署
· Involve in the System/Function Verification and support activities.
· 3G/4G无线接入网基站和控制器的系统功能验证，多厂商验证，系统新功能客户演示
· Participate in RAN trouble shooting and provide solution
· 系统集成问题分析定位，解决方案提供
· Technical interface towards sales and/or R&D.
· 研发与售前技术支持接口
· Plan and co-ordinate activities with internal/external customers.
· 为内部和外部客户提供系统集成方案和计划
· Support Project Managers as technical subject matter expert.
· 为项目经理提供本领域相关技术支持
3 Qualification requirements
· Bachelor degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science - Preferred
· 通信/计算机相关专业，学士学位。
· Demonstrate high level of interest in the telecommunication industry - Essential
