Position Summary 职位概述
The e-Commerce (EC) marketing intern needs to support Product Manager's daily work on EC digital program and activity, especially for regular and tailor-made EC thematic promotion execution, including internal communication with brand, EC, digital/Media teams, and external cooperation with digital, creative, EC agencies to ensure plan being carried out preciously and quality delivery are on time. Meanwhile, this position requires good copy writing ability to guide agency's creative direction, and filter agency's draft content for Product Manager's approval. Basic data analysis skill is also required.

Essential Functions 主要职责
• 协助产品经理和电商销售部,定制电商促销活动,包括:主题、活动计划、KV、电商平台页面更新等Assist product manager and E-commerce sales planning e-commerce sales activities, including: topics, schemes, KV and web page update
• 协助产品经理,与digital和creative agency沟通,跟进电商促销活动的KV、热点图和网页设计;Assist product manager communicating with digital and creative agency, follow-up promotion KV, photography and webpage design;
• 协助产品经理,草拟电商活动、产品故事的文案Assist product manager drafting materials of e-commerce promotion campaign and product story;
• 协助产品经理,收集电商同品类他牌的活动,整理报告Assist collecting competitors’ data and produce reports;
• 协助产品经理,跟进零售资料设计、印刷、制作Follow up retail materials design, printing and producing.
Job Requirements and Qualifications 工作要求
• 专业:广告、市场营销、商务、等相关领域Major: advertisement, marketing, business related.
• 良好的人际沟通能力和英语读写能力Good interpersonal communication skills; good command of writing and reading in English;
• 熟悉微软办公应用程序Proficient in Microsoft applications;
• 较强的文案撰写能力Strong writing ability;
• 每周能工作3-5天Can work at least 3 days, 5 days is a plus.
