培养目标 Train Objective: 为了提高停车场业务的全面知识,我们将为管理培训生提供全方位培训和在职训练,并由运营部和人力资源部监督。 To improve overall understanding of car park business, we will provide a full range of training and on-the-job training to MT, and the whole training process will be supervised by Operation Department, and HR Department. 任职要求 Requirements: 1. 专科及以上学历的应届毕业生,专业不限; College or above education. 2. 熟练使用Ms Office电脑软件; Be familiar with Ms Office software. 3. 学习能力强,能承受较大的工作压力; Strong learning ability, and be able to work under pressure. 4. 积极主动、诚信负责、具有创新意识及团队合作精神; Good pro-activeness, integrity, and with a sense of innovation and team spirit. 5. 具有良好的沟通技巧、人际关系处理能力及组织能力; Good communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills.
逻辑思维严密,有较强的独立工作能力及领导才能; Logical thinking, and with strong ability to work independently and leadership. 7. 在大学期间担任过学生干部或有社团组织工作经验者优先; Served as student leaders or society organizations working experience is preferred. |
