1.Maintain quotation record

2.Support on data maintenance on pricing and customer info in SAP

3.Collect price info on E-com platform and support in building up pricing information system

4.Make news clipping on automotive aftermarket

5.Marketing material distribution and stock management

6.Support on marketing activities

7.Basic sales reporting and analysis

8.Survey analysis

9.Website and digital marketing tools contents maintenance

10.Admin support to Commercial Director

 

Requirement:

-Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

-Open minded and willing to learn

-Analytic and logic thinking

-Good literature in Chinese

-Good written English

-Careful on paperwork

Assistant & Admin Job

1.Be responsible for office & plant administration work including control of company car, booking/travel arrangements, courier service, office facilities purchasing & maintenance, arrangement of accommodation for customers/visitors , meeting organization support, work clothes purchasing, etc.

2.Support the expatriates for their entry procedures and getting/renew their work & residence permits in China.

3.Organize company events such as annual party, annually outing  (company paid trip, most in the first half year ), annually family day event ( most in the second half of every year ), staff birthday celebration, company ceremony, etc.

4.Support and cooperate with the related HR work including attendance control of staff, recruitment, training, update organization chart, etc.

5.Coordination between China, Japan and Europe if necessary and preparation the invitation letters to related companies/guests.

6.Cross check of invoice/payment from service supplier and the reimbursement of employees.

7.Business/project related support and information collection for marketing analysis.

8.Coordinator of housekeeping project of PMP.

 

 

Purchasing Job (Non-investment Purchasing)

1.Communicate with suppliers about PO items such as price, payment term, delivery date, etc.

2.Issue PO in SAP based on purchasing requirements.

3.Get the approval from GM and send PO to suppliers to notify them to prepare goods or service.

4.Prepare & get approval from GM about the payments to supplier.

5.Contact supplier about after-sale & guarantee service.
