Position Overview

 

Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking a Recruitment Analytics Intern to join in recruitment metrics team for supporting the significant business growth, especially upcoming massive-volume recruitment campaign. The internship is consisting of a strategic project or multiple projects that are data intensive and independently be responsible for but not limited to the following. 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for data collection, data retrieval, data analysis, and preparation of reports. 

• Responsible for accurate and timely submission of reporting.

• Responsible for evaluating data and ensure integrity and completeness of data and workflow.

• Responsible for improvement of reports and implement solution to make report automation efficiency.

• Other work as assigned by team leader

 

 

Required Qualifications

• Passionate about mining big data and turn data into insights.

• Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly and problem solving skills.

• Four working days or above per week commitment at least six consecutive months.

• Experience or academic training in MS Access and MS Excel.  Proficient is preferred. 

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.

• Hard working and willing to take on challenges.

• Previous Internship experience in Multinational Corporation preferred.

职责

• 从系统中提取数据并做整合。根据需求提供数据分析以及能运用的报表。

• 负责提供准确及时的报表。

• 负责数据评估，确保数据完整性，并从数据中保证工作流程。

• 负责报告的规范化，并提高报告自动化效率的改进。

• 负责完成团队领导交办的其他工作。

 

 

基本条件

• 对整合大量数据有浓厚的兴趣，并有极强的数字洞察力。

• 重细节，有快速学习和解决问题的能力。

• 每周至少提供四个全天工作日，至少保持持续六个月以上。

• 沟通写作能力（普通话和英文）。

• 工作认真积极，乐于接受工作挑战。

• 首选拥有以前在跨国公司的实习经验。
