HR Intern – Information System Management
Responsibility:
We require a highly-skilled specialist in MS Excel (and MS Access would also be preferred) to:
· Develop an Excel or web-based Access tool to consolidate a large volume of complex data and produce a range of pre-defined reports (tables and graphs). The reports should be able to be generated by employees who have minimal capability in Excel.
· Re-format complex input sheets to enable more efficient consolidation and more flexibility in data reporting
· Develop a number of other tools that will collate and consolidate large volumes of complex data, manipulate the data in different ways and generate reports (graphs, tables etc.)
Required skills:
· Strong knowledge in formulas, macros and VBA coding.
· Experience in designing business solutions in Excel to consolidate large volumes of data and produce reports
· Experience with MS Access databases also preferred-it may be more appropriate to design some of the tools in MS Access, and this flexibility would be highly desired.
· Can work in English-speaking environment.
Working Location and working time:
· 上海市陆家嘴地区 (地铁二号线)
· At least 3 working days every week
· Bachelor: 17RMB/hour, Master: 20RMB/hour
