目前Hays需要招收一名行政助理,辅助顾问团队的日常工作。你不仅能在日常的行政工作中接触到专业招聘领域,并直接参与重要的招聘步骤,还能在多元化的工作环境中赢取快速发展的职业未来。
Responsibilities includes but not limited to
· Handle in-coming telephone calls effectively
· Ensure all customers are greeted in a professional and courteous manner – face to face and over the telephone
· Assist with interview rooms booking
· New Employee on-board set up, update extension list etc.
· Prepare and compile weekly attendance records for the office
· Ensure attendance record and original leave forms are sent to Human Resources Organise business activities
· Preparing business report as requested
· Maintain business compliance through the company’s system
· Other ad hoc projects as assigned by line manager
To be a successful candidate, you will need to possess the following skills/competencies
· Intermediate to advanced word-processing skills
· Technology savvy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Excellent customer service attitude
· Pro-active and able to use own initiative
· Great organisational and time management skills
· Good command of English & Chinese
