调研项目助理职责：

1. 负责前期信息收集、调研方案书的撰写、修改、研讨、及最终报告呈现；

2. 协助项目经理与客户进行项目前期的沟通与洽谈； 

3. 协助项目经理与国外客户和国内执行团队进行沟通，以落实项目的执行； 

4. 负责部分一对一实地访谈的主持工作，以及访谈笔录或研究报告的翻译检查

Job Responsibilities of Research Project Assistant:

1. Be responsible of desk research, proposal composition, modification & discussion, and presentation of final reports.

2. Assist the Project Manager in communicating and negotiating with clients in the early stage.

3. Assist the Project Manager in communicating with clients and fieldwork team in order to implement projects.

4. Be responsible of some moderation of one-to-one in-field interviews, translation checking of interview transcripts or analysis reports.

职位要求：

1. 英文听、说、读、写能力强，英语水平六级以上；

2. 个性开朗、积极乐观、反应敏捷、思维灵活，有责任心；抗压能力强，愿意接受挑战；

3. 需具备一定的理解能力、语言表达能力、资源搜集能力。

4. 医学或药学专业毕业，有医学工作实习经验或工作经验者优先

Job Requirements

1. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, with the certification of CET-6 or above.

2. Open personality, positive attitude, quick and flexible mind, strong sense of responsibilities, ability to work under pressure and willingness to be challenged.

3. Good understanding, language competence and information collection capability.

4. Major of medicine/ pharmacy, or medical internship/ working experience is a plus.
