Job Description
工作职能
Provide professional services including but not limited to:
具体职能包括但不限于：
1. Assist in clients’ daily financial and accounting work, i.e. prepare accounting vouchers, general ledgers and financial statements in a timely, accurate and efficient manner for multiple clients
负责客户日常的财务及会计工作，即同时为多位客户准备会计凭证、编制明细账和财务报表等，能够及时、准确、高效的完成工作
2. Assist clients in payroll services and PRC Individual Income Tax (“IIT”) compliance services
为客户提供薪酬服务和个人所得税的合规服务
3. Assist clients in PRC corporate tax compliance and help communicate with competent government authorities
为客户提供公司税的合规服务，同相关政府部门进行沟通
4. Assist clients in legal entity establishment and post-establishment registrations in China
协助客户在华设立公司，以及设立后向多个政府部门进行注册登记和证照申请
5. Perform desktop research on accounting, tax and payroll related issues, and provide engagement manager or senior consultant in-charge with necessary support in advisory services
进行与会计、税务以及薪酬有关的案头研究，查阅资料，为主管经理或者顾问进行客户咨询服务提供必要协助

1. Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin
中英文口语流利、书面表达流畅
2. Eager to learn and be able to learn actively and fast
求知欲强，能够主动并快速学习工作所需要的新知识、新技能
3. Good communication skill and be confident and appear mature
具有良好的沟通能力，自信且成熟稳重
4. Be able to work under pressure and tight timeframe
能够良好的应对工作中的压力以及在短时间内完成指定工作
5. Sufficient experience in accounting software, and be good at Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
熟练使用相关会计软件和办公软件
Educational Background
教育背景
1. Bachelor or above degree, major in accounting or taxation
本科及以上学历，主修会计或者税务专业
2. A qualification certificate is preferred, including but not limited to, CICPA, ACCA, or AICPA, CTA
拥有，包括但不限于，中国注册会计师、英国特许公认会计师，美国会计师，中国注册税务师证书为佳
必须为在读学生，该岗位有转正机会
