Job Responsibilities

1.   Location:             Shanghai

2.   Reporting to:       Managing Partner / Assignment Consultant

3.   Direct report(s):   Nil

4.   Function(s):  

1) Office Administration

• Provide support to the Shanghai office day-to-day administration
• Handle the office financial matters
• Manage the office communications with internal and external parties

2) Training and Development Function

• Provide logistics support to public seminars and in house training

3) Academic Support

• Assist Managing Partner manage an academic organization.

 

Qualifications

1.   Age:                     22 - 25 years old

2.   Education:                 A Bachelor degree in English or Management or other Arts

3.   Experience:          Previous business experience will be a plus

4.   Languages:          Excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese

5.   Skills and Knowledge:

• 1) Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• 2) Strong learning and analytical skills
• 3) Effective teamwork skills
• 4) Good writing skills
