Job?Responsibilities/工作职责:
lRotation in supply chain and factory functions for training
lMaintenance management
- Improve equipment reliability in availability, performance, quality, safety and sustainability
- Implement maintenance playbook and improvement projects
lProject management
- Deliver CAPEX project on scope, quality, budget and schedule
- Implement engineering playbook
lContinuous improvement
- Drive cost improvement initiatives/projects in VIC/FMC
- Build up and maintain factory KPI performance tracking system
lPeople development
- Training and develop teams in problem solving methodology, technical skills and etc.
- Maintain good team moral
Job Requirement/工作要求:
lMajor?related?in?mechanical/electrical engineering
lBachelor degree or above in well-known university
lFluent?in English
lInterested??in?supply chain, manufacturing and engineering
lProactive, Technical curiosity
lEffective communication skills
