ECCO trainees will experience hands-on exposure in one of our production units across Europe and Asia, retail rotations in our European ECCO stores, participation at a Leather Crash Course, build on their academic profiles and job rotations across the globe that will stretch and challenge them at all times. Required qualifications and experience: - Understanding of Engineering or Manufacturing technology/management or Supply Chain Management is an advantage - Technical and analytical focus with good problem-solving skills - Thrive on challenges； working in an autonomous role in a regularly changing environment - Quality-oriented and results driven - Ability to meet deadlines - Possess global mind-set and open to work with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds - Globally mobile, as you will be travelling between Asian and European units and your end position will be in one of our production units in Europe or Asia. - Knowledge of other languages on top of English language is a distinct advantage and we strongly encourage applications from nationals from Indonesia, Thailand, China, Slovakia, Portugal and Vietnam.
