SHE Summer Intern 安全健康环保暑期实习生

Purpose of the Position:
• To promote SHE culture in CDTC plant.
• Based on engineering solution to create safety and health working environment.
• Continually improve SHE system to meet local regulations and Corporate SHE policies.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and develop hazard control practices and programs.
• Conduct safety training for new employees and contractors, develop training material.
• Assist in communicating hazard control information and evaluate effectiveness of the control.
• Assist line and staff management in understanding corporate policies and local laws, regulations and standards.
• Work with facility management to develop annual safety goals and objectives.
• SHE data analysis and develop improvement plans.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor or above; major in Environmental, safety engineering or related.
Required Skills
• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Proficiency in Office Microsoft toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, (Project – desired, but not required)
• Good problem solving skills
• Good communication skill
• Independent & flexible working attitude
PEx Summer Intern PEx暑期实习生

Purpose of the Position:
• Collect and integrate plant resource data, optimize the plant resource.
• Maximize capacity utilization to support plant production.
• Promote PEx activities across plant functions and make sure the key objectives are met
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Plant resource data collection and analysis.
• Integrate and optimize plant resource
• Capacity analysis and optimization.
• Attend PEx activity promotion activity in the plant.
