Associate Account Manager (m/f) for PubNative Beijing
PubNative is a mobile publisher platform that serves scalable and flexible native ads via API for apps and mobile web. The platform’s programmatic exchange gives publishers access to more than 400 demand partners worldwide. PubNative’s US patent-pending eCPM maximization algorithm optimizes yield for publishers through machine learning patterns and predictive behavior analysis. The platform additionally offers publishers numerous ad delivery and targeting features as well as extensive inventory management tools. Its publisher-first approach focuses on the specific needs of each publisher across all verticals to create seamless, non-intrusive and highly performing ad integrations. The company is headquartered in Berlin with offices in San Francisco, Beijing and Seoul.
Your Responsibilities:
You monitor the performance trends of main APAC publisher accounts (mainly within China and Korea) to identify any changes
You pro-actively support publishers with any possible solution for better monetization
You manage the optimization process for publisher accounts on a daily basis
You communicate with major demand partners to identify key business issues together for the maximization of traffic yield
You support the PubNative China team in other related areas if required
Our Requirements:
Masters or Bachelor degree, preferably from a Top University with a technical background
Strong understanding of current trends, patterns, and events in the mobile marketing industry
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, Korean and Chinese
Pro-active and result oriented working style
Ability to work and communicate in a fast paced international environment
