♦ Cross-company product transfer: implement cross-company product transferring plan so that to reduce our manufacturing cost globally and make our products more competitive in the market
♦ New product development: implement new product development plan by acquire necessary expertise knowledge and some analysis skill, go through some necessary procedures like new product design, sample product preparation and performance testing combine with raw materials localization to develop new products to replace the current product line with competitive cost so that for us to sell our products in the Chines Local Market.
♦ New process, new procedure, new equipment launch and implementation: implement new process and product development and transfer so that to ensure launching new product and process on time.
♦ Process control: to control and monitor properly the whole production process so that to achieve a consistent process and product quality and continuously reduce the manufacturing cost.
♦ Raw materials localization: carry out some major raw materials localization project so that gradually reduce our manufacturing cost and make our products more competitive.
♦ Technical support to other TW operation function module: standardize of all operation procedure and working instruction for TW different operation modules; technical support to production, production planning, customer service, purchasing, quality inspection etc.
♦ SAP basic data maintenance and part creation: take care of the entire process for new material creation; maintain BOM and routine view of the materials in SAP; react quickly and inform all related people once there is material cancellation or upgrade to prevent any possible chance with generate slow and non-moving materials.
♦ Monthly quality data statistic, analysis: collect some necessary quality data during production, use SPC method to do analysis and find solutions for process and other quality problems.
